The office is connected to Kevin’s home at 89 Flaherty Drive, in Guelph’s North West corner.  Flaherty Drive runs across Elmira Road about 150 meters south of Speedvale Avenue and Guelph’s Industrial Park. Look for the purple garage doors. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway if it is dear. Please enter via the office door on the left side of the house.

89 Flaherty is located on the corner of Flaherty Drive and Elmira Road, one block south of Speedvale Avenue.  There is no number on the house, but it has purple garage doors which are unmistakable!

Parking:  You may park on the street or in the drive way if there is space.

Entrance: The office door is located on the left side of the house is for the exclusive use of clients. Please come right in, There is no need to knock. Make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. 
 

From downtown: Take Speedvale Avenue West to the lights at Elmira Road. Turn left onto Elmira Road and then take your first right onto Flaherty Drive, the house is there on the corner.

From Willow Road: Take Willow Road west (crossing the Hanlon Pkwy.) to Elmira Road. Willow Road ends at Elmira Road). Turn right onto Elmira Road, follow it up to Flaherty Drive and turn left onto Flaherty, the house is there on the right hand corner.

Guelph Transit: Bus #24 Industrial, stops at the corner of Elmira Road and Flaherty Drive every half hour at 25 and 55 minutes. The bus stops beside the house.

From Kitchener/Waterloo: Take Victoria Road East (also Highway #7), as you enter Guelph it becomes Woodlawn Road. As you enter the “Auto Mall”  in Guelph there is a set of lights at Elmira Road and Woodlawn Road, where you turn right onto Elmira Road. Follow Elmira Road south and cross over Speedvale Avenue (at the lights), turning right onto Flaherty Drive, The house is there on right hand the corner.

From Cambridge: take highway 24 to Guelph, until you come to Imperial Road (at the Pioneer Gas station). Turn left on to Imperial Road and follow it as it winds its way north (past the Zehr's Market and West End Rec Centre) then turn left onto Willow Road (at the lights). Follow Willow Road to Elmira Road (Willow Road ends at Elmira Road) and turn right onto Elmira Road. Follow the road up to Flaherty Drive and turn left onto Flaherty Drive, the house is there on the right hand corner.

From the 401 East (Toronto, Hamilton) or West (London): Take exit #295 for highway #6 North (also called the Hanlon Parkway). Follow Highway #6 to Speedvale Avenue (about a 10-15 minute drive (15km’s), Turn left onto Speedvale Avenue and follow it to Elmira Road (third set of lights). Turn left onto Elmira Road to Flaherty Drive, where you turn left. The house is there on right hand corner.

From Fergus and Elora: Take Highway #6 South to Woodlawn Road. Turn left onto Woodlawn and follow it along to Elmira Road (crossing over the Hanlon Parkway, and past the Auto Mall). Turn left onto Elmira Road. Follow Elmira Road south and cross over Speedvale Avenue (at the lights), turning right onto Flaherty Drive, The house is there on right hand the corner.
